Facilitation makes the process effective in terms of time, participant involvement and results. We offer a facilitation service for groups that need to discuss complex issues such as the definition of a new service or the structuring of effective communication.To do so, we use the principles of non-formal education , thus ensuring the centrality of participants and their critical thinking.
Educational Design, activities and laboratories
Starting from problems and needs identified by us or by the client, we devise effective educational sessions that actively involve participants, with the aim of developing both specific and transversal skills. To do this we use non-formal educational approaches, including learning by doing and learning by playing. Over the years, educational challenges have led us to create simulations, board games, storytelling, video games, apps, art workshops etc… with the aim of ensuring learning for all.

Graphic Recording
Graphic recording uses graphic techniques to summarize and organize complex concepts and make them more attractive, clear and accessible. It can be done live or in deferred, on digital or physical instruments. It is a tool that we use for our activities and that we propose as a service within work tables, conferences or meetings that address complex and complex issues, to leave a trace of thought, even where it is co-built with participants
Project Writing, Management and Reporting
We support Third Sector Entities in participating in calls and tenders. We often start from the facilitation in the identification of the objective that the Agency wants to reach, passing then to a phase of scouting and examination bandi. Once we have identified the ideal call we move to the actual writing of the project, building together the budget. We also support other entities in project management and reporting upon approval.
